Job summary

AllianceIT Inc. seeks a skilled HIL Validation Engineer to validate automotive embedded software, focusing on BCM testing.

This hybrid role is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, collaborating closely with US clients to ensure robust hardware-in-the-loop validation workflows. The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years in automotive embedded software validation, deep expertise with dSPACE/NI-ETAS HIL systems, Vector toolchains, and Python for test automation, enabling efficient verification across networks

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in automotive embedded software validation or HIL testing on BCM.
• Proficiency in dSPACE ControlDesk and ConfigurationDesk or NI/ETAS HIL systems.
• Expert knowledge of Vector toolchains (CANoe, CANalyzer) and CAPL scripting.
• Experience testing vehicle networks using CAN, LIN, and UDS.
• Python for test automation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Industry Experience mandatory: 2-5 years in automotive embedded software validation or HIL testing on BCM.
• HIL Platforms: Proficiency in dSPACE or NI/ETAS HIL systems.
• Automotive Tools: Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL scripting, and diagnostic testers.
• Network Protocols: Test vehicle networks using CAN, LIN, UDS.
• Programming: Write and maintain test automation scripts in Python.

Title: HIL Validation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Test Engineer to validate automotive embedded software, with a primary focus on Body Control Modules (BCM). The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in dSPACE platforms and Vector toolchains, alongside a strong foundation in test automation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Industry Experience [Mandatory]: Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive embedded software validation or HIL testing on BCM.
• HIL Platforms [Mandatory]: Deep proficiency in dSPACE (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk) or NI/ETAS HIL testing systems.
• Automotive Tools [Mandatory]: Expert knowledge of Vector toolchains (CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL Scripting) and diagnostic testers.
• Network Protocols: Direct, hands-on experience testing vehicle networks using CAN, LIN, and UDS.
• Programming Skills: Strong capability in writing, optimizing, and maintaining test automation scripts in Python.
