Satyam Venture Engineering Services in Mexico City seeks a Principal Automation Validation Engineer to lead automation framework design for SIL, HIL and MIL testing of ECUs, ADAS, and infotainment. You will drive CI/CD integration and ensure safety and performance standards.

The role requires expert Python and C/C++, expertise in CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocols, and experience with Vector or dSPACE toolchains, ISO 26262 and ASPICE aligned processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in automotive software testing, with at least 3 years focused on automation framework development.
• Proven experience in ISO 26262 environments and ASIL understanding.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a test-to-break mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), and MIL (Model-in-the-Loop).
• Define automated test strategies for complex automotive systems to maximize coverage.
• Develop high-quality, reusable test scripts in Python, C++, or CAPL for diagnostic (UDS), CAN/LIN/Ethernet, and functional tests.
• Integrate automated testing into DevOps pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps) for CI/CD.
• Lead root-cause analysis of complex hardware-software failures using bus logs.
