Capgemini Engineering in Guadalajara seeks a Junior System Test Engineer to develop automated test methods and validate ECU software. You will create, execute and document system tests in line with the Client Life Cycle and A-SPICE, ensuring reproducibility and clear results.

You will analyze test results, participate in technical reviews, and communicate status to leadership. Collaboration across distributed teams and strong English communication are essential.

Formación

• Solid understanding of high-level and system-level requirements validation (V&V).
• Experience in test methods and automation to validate automotive ECUs.
• Programming/scripting knowledge: C++, Python, Perl, Bash.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the test methodology with automated system tests.
• Create and validate automated test procedures to verify system requirements.
• Create, execute and document system tests per client lifecycle and A-SPICE.
• Ensure reproducibility of tests by documenting results, cases, and environment.
• Assist in analysis of test results and provide project-specific summaries.
• Participate in Technical Reviews to substantiate software verification strategy.
• Monitor project status and communicate significant issues to stakeholders.
• Remove roadblocks and overcome technical challenges with minimal guidance.
