Ford Motor Company’s Motion+ Controls team in Mexico is seeking an Integration Engineer to automate and test our HIL/SIL/MIL environment used for driveline and powertrain verification. You will build, commission, and support SIL/HIL applications and develop scripts to accelerate delivery.

You will lead cross-functional integration across variants, collaborate with modeling teams, and maintain test cases and documentation, with 4 days on site in Naucalpan, Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Programming proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, or C/C++.
• Experience debugging embedded systems.
• Experience with software versioning tools (Git/GitHub).
• Familiarity with CAN/LIN/Ethernet networks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the integration of HIL/SIL/MIL applications across powertrain and driveline variants.
• 4 days on site in GTBC Ford México (Naucalpan, México).
• Verify and validate the SIL/HIL applications.
• Support end users with issue resolution and development of new use cases.
• Collaborate with the SIL/HIL modeling team to improve correlation between SIL/HIL data and physical vehicle data.
• Develop tools and maintain scripts to expedite integration and delivery of SIL/HIL applications.
• Develop and maintain test cases to improve simulation quality.
• Create and update documentation for tools, testing methods, and processes.
• Partner with CI Tools and Infrastructure to define requirements and architect CI pipelines for SIL/HIL applications.
