Intugo is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service representative to join our international team in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. The role focuses on English communication and handling healthcare-related processes in a busy contact center environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with health insurance, appointment scheduling, collections, and general customer service tasks. A completed bachelor's degree and licensure are required, along with English proficiency at B2+.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Professional license (Título y cédula) required.
• English level B2+ or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare contact center experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle healthcare-related processes (health insurance, collections, appointment scheduling).
• Provide customer service to patients and healthcare clients.
