Saya Biologics is building a next‑generation biosimilars company in México. We seek a Head of Operations to shape the operating system for imports, customs, inventory, logistics, and launches.

You will build dashboards, playbooks, and decision systems, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders with strong ownership and structured processes.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, business operations, or similar roles.
• Engineering background strongly preferred; open to related fields in ops.
• Advanced English.
• Experience building processes, dashboards, cadences, or operating systems from zero.
• Hands-on, highly organized with strong ownership and operational judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on imports, customs, vendors, warehouse, inventory, deliveries, launches, blockers, and pending decisions.
• Update operational dashboards and trackers with owners, dates, risks, priorities, and next steps.
• Preferred location: Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara.
• Work model: hybrid, with availability for operational visits when needed.

At Saya Biologics, we are building a next-generation biosimilars company in México, combining pharma, technology, and AI to improve access to high-quality biologic medicines.

We are looking for a Head of Operations to join our team.

This person will play a key role in building the operating system behind our physical operations: imports, customs, inventory, logistics, vendors, operational procurement, launches, costs, risks, and cross-functional execution.

We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and turning complex operations into clear dashboards, routines, playbooks, and decision-making systems.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, business operations, strategy & operations, startup operations, or similar roles.
• Background in Engineering is strongly preferred. We are also open to Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business, Data/Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
• Advanced English.
• Strong ability to coordinate vendors, timelines, costs, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience building processes, dashboards, cadences, or operating systems from zero.
• Comfortable using tools such as Excel / Google Sheets, Notion or similar documentation and project management tools, BI/reporting tools, and project management platforms.
• Experience with automation, no-code, or AI tools is a plus.
• A hands‑on, highly organized profile with strong ownership and operational judgment.
