Job summary

Ipsen Mexico S de RL de CV in Mexico City is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the Finance organisation and shape its next evolution. You will partner with senior leaders, drive budgeting and forecasting, ensure governance and compliance, and spearhead digital transformation across finance.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong cross-functional influence, fluency in Spanish and English, and a track record of delivering strategic financial outcomes in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on finance leader and trusted business partner.
• Significant progressive financial leadership experience.
• Strong experience in finance transformation and/or systems evolution.
• Experience working with Mexican GAAP and IFRS.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.

• Strong experience in finance transformation and/or systems evolution.
• Experience working with Mexican GAAP and IFRS .
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complexity into clear business decisions.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and change-management capabilities.
• A recognised professional finance qualification.
• Fluent Spanish and English , written and spoken.
