Job summary

Felix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Lead Data Analyst to guide a multidisciplinary team across Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations.

The role sits at the intersection of Data, Product, and Customer Experience, requiring deep business understanding and KPI mapping across the customer journey to drive measurable impact. You will split time 40% hands-on analytics and 60% partnering with stakeholders to raise the analytical bar, structure complex problems, and translate insights

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.
• Ability to move beyond reporting and understand why metrics move and what actions can influence them.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity—you enjoy getting deep into how the business actually works.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics agenda for Chat and conversion; monitor funnel across geographies.
• Partner with Product to understand and improve the conversion funnel.
• Build dashboards and analytical frameworks using Amplitude to monitor funnel performance.
• Identify key conversion drivers and friction points across the customer journey.
• Translate behavioral data into product recommendations and experiments.
• Lead analytical strategy for user retention and lifecycle behavior.
• Develop frameworks to identify root causes of retention changes.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, Growth, and Fintech to prioritize initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of analytical data professionals.
• Create scalable dashboards and tools for stakeholders.
• Ensure insights lead to actions, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
