A major consulting firm is seeking an HCP Engagement Specialist in Payments & Invoicing. The role involves invoice processing, Purchase Order management, and payment tracking in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have experience in accounts payable and proficiency with SAP. This is a full-time entry-level position based in Polanco, Mexico City, with a salary range of MX$13,000.00 to MX$14,000.00.

Formación

• Experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or payment operations.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes with accuracy.
• Familiarity with finance documentation requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Generate invoice templates in the system for payment approvals.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs) in Ariba.
• Track payment status and manage escalations.

Conocimientos

Experience in invoice processing

Proficiency with Ariba

Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of PO creation

Familiarity with compliance
