Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks an experienced Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to join our team in Mexico. This role focuses on hardware integration, component evaluation, and system architecture, serving as the technical liaison with our main supplier.

We offer a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and the chance to work closely with customers to tailor solutions, perform analyses, and guide projects from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mechanical/electrical engineering experience.
• Connector industry experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset."
• Experience managing projects from concept to production release.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand needs and advise the best solution.
• Translate opportunities into a great product fit with the customer.
• Maintain a working knowledge of a wide range of products and components.
• Finite element analysis.
• Stress and force calculations.
• Dimensional, electrical, and force analyses.
• Signal integrity for high-speed electrical signals.
