Arrow Electronics in Tlaquepaque, Mexico, is seeking an Asset Associate II (Buyer/Purchases) to manage purchase orders, expedite orders, and align backlog with customer needs in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, Oracle experience preferred, and strong English communication. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office / 2 days from home, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Requires 2–4 years in equivalent related experience in manufacture purchases.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, listening).

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill purchase orders and manage backlog.
• Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.
• Match open orders to customer backlog and adjust schedules as needed.
• Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog and expedite backlog.
• Bond maintenance—at the direction of the material planner.
• Manage consignment billings and shipped orders; ship-complete of released orders.
