Hilton in Mexico is seeking a Cook to join our Culinary team. The role focuses on preparing high-quality dishes, delivering memorable dining experiences, and upholding Hilton's hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage stations, execute complex recipes, ensure quality and presentation, maintain clean workspaces, coordinate plating, and support inventory and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight our guests by managing orders efficiently and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Execute complex recipes, maintain knowledge of menu offerings, oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks
• Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keep stations stocked and sanitary while following food handling and safety protocols
• Coordinate timing and plating, manage/direct cooks during shifts, assist with inventory checks, ordering, shift briefings and some special features
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring guest and team member wellbeing
