Chipotle Mexican Grill in Saltillo seeks a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and by training and supporting the restaurant crew. The role requires hands-on leadership on the line and a proactive approach to daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will help safeguard food safety, resolve incidents, and guide team performance while coordinating with management. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are expected.

Formación

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking policies.
• Manage office supplies and ensure needed quantities.
