Chipotle Mexican Grill in Saltillo is seeking motivated Apprentices to grow into General Managers by supporting daily operations, hiring and training great people, and delivering a Guest Obsessed experience. You’ll learn to manage scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, recruiting, and guest service while upholding food safety and high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Expect a 50-hour week with overtime and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• Prior restaurant management experience preferred, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, scheduling, and recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Be guest obsessed – uphold excellence and hospitality
• Lead on duty to ensure fast, accurate service and positive guest experience
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle training tools
• Ensure digital orders are accurate and on time
• Run day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L, forecasting, recruiting
• Keep dining room clean and guest-ready
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards
• Work a 50-hour week with overtime as needed
