Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Manager Outbound (all genders) based in Mexico.

Join a mission-driven technology company working to make sustainability more accessible and actionable for small and medium-sized businesses. As an early member of the outbound team, you will have the opportunity to build and shape a scalable outbound sales strategy from the ground up. You will combine AI-powered automation with personalized outreach to engage high-value prospects, generate qualified pipeline, and drive measurable revenue growth. Working closely with go-to-market leadership and account executives, you will develop effective prospecting workflows, experiment with new approaches, and turn data into actionable insights. Your performance will be measured by the value of the pipeline generated and the revenue converted from outbound opportunities. This role is ideal for a proactive B2B SaaS sales professional who enjoys experimentation, embraces emerging AI tools, and wants meaningful ownership in a collaborative, sustainability-focused environment.

Accountabilities
  • Build and continuously improve an AI-powered outbound sales engine, automating research, lead scoring, prospecting workflows, and performance reporting using tools such as Claude and HubSpot.

  • Identify, research, and prioritize high-value target accounts based on ideal customer profiles, business needs, and potential commercial opportunities.

  • Engage key decision-makers through personalized outreach across multiple channels, including phone calls, LinkedIn, video messages, and industry events.

  • Develop compelling cold outreach messages and tailored prospecting strategies that generate interest and establish meaningful connections with potential customers.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound meetings by assessing prospect needs, business context, and potential fit before handing qualified opportunities over to account executives.

  • Provide account executives with detailed prospect insights and relevant context to support productive conversations and improve conversion rates.

  • Experiment with new outreach approaches, messaging, tools, and targeting strategies on a weekly basis, documenting results and scaling successful practices.

  • Monitor and optimize outbound performance using data, focusing on pipeline value generated through outbound activities and revenue converted from outbound opportunities.

  • Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to establish performance targets, refine outbound processes, and align prospecting activities with broader commercial objectives.

  • Take ownership of building repeatable workflows and documenting best practices as the outbound function develops.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and experimentation while supporting the organization's wider growth and sustainability mission.

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales, ideally in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role.

  • Demonstrated success generating qualified sales pipeline and achieving measurable outbound performance results.

  • Practical experience using AI-powered workflows to improve sales prospecting, research, personalization, lead qualification, or reporting.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, including pipeline tracking, activity management, and performance reporting.

  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create persuasive, personalized cold outreach messages that resonate with business decision-makers.

  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to measure campaign performance, interpret results, and use insights to continuously improve outreach strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging prospects through phone, LinkedIn, video, and in-person events.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of building new processes in an evolving environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to testing new ideas, learning from results, and documenting effective practices.

  • Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken form.

  • Nice to have: Advanced experience with Claude and AI-assisted sales automation.

  • Nice to have: Familiarity with prospecting and sales intelligence tools such as Clay or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Nice to have: Previous experience as the first outbound sales hire at a startup or in building an outbound function from an early stage.

  • Interest in sustainability and motivation to contribute to a mission focused on helping businesses address environmental and social challenges.

Benefits:
  • Remote flexibility: Work remotely or, where applicable, from available offices in Munich or Berlin, with flexibility to shape a productive working environment.

  • Competitive compensation: A competitive salary package, with specific salary figures not provided in the source listing.

  • Ownership and impact: Significant autonomy to build the outbound function, influence strategy, and contribute directly to business growth.

  • Professional development: Structured onboarding, feedback conversations, and training opportunities to support continued learning and career progression.

  • Modern tools and technology: Access to an established technology stack and processes, with opportunities to recommend improvements and tools that increase productivity.

  • Collaborative culture: Join a multicultural, interdisciplinary team that values open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Team events: Participate in team-building activities and events throughout the year to strengthen relationships and collaboration.

  • Purpose-driven work: Contribute to a sustainability-focused mission that helps small and medium-sized businesses improve their environmental, social, and governance practices.

  • Environmental commitment: Work with a team that offsets its own carbon footprint.

  • Employment stability: Permanent employment contract.

  • Flexible work setup: Freedom to organize your working environment to support productivity and results.
