MezTal is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and work directly with a U.S.-based client in the senior living technology space. You will drive demand generation, marketing automation, content, events, digital channels, and pipeline development across North America.

The role demands strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering with U.S.-based leadership and Sales, and coordinating external agencies and vendors to deliver measurable results.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience.
• Professional experience supporting the U.S. or North American market is required.
• Experience with demand generation campaigns from strategy through launch and measurement.
• Advanced professional English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute integrated B2B demand-generation campaigns for the U.S. and North America.
• Generate and track qualified leads, opportunities, and marketing-influenced pipeline.
• Own hands-on marketing automation activities: emails, nurture, landing pages, workflows.
