Job summary

Zenit Corp is an ambitious ecommerce group seeking a Creative Strategist to bridge marketing performance with creative execution. You will turn research, data, psychology, and business priorities into actionable creative direction for paid social, landing pages, and content tests.

You’ll build a structured creative process, identify winning angles, write briefs, analyze results, and guide the team to produce ads that perform at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong creative strategy profile connecting customer insight with performance data.
• Clear ability to translate motivations into angles and messages.
• Experience with paid social and direct response marketing.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Research customers, competitors, trends to identify creative opportunities.
• Translate motivations into creative angles, hooks, messages and offers.
• Build brand positioning and customer psychology understanding.
• Stay updated on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram etc.
• Develop new ad concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards and briefs.
• Write clear briefs with objective, audience, message and success criteria.
• Create quick iterations and bigger creative tests for performance.
• Maintain an organized backlog of tests for each brand.
• Analyze performance with marketing team to drive CPA/ROAS improvements.
• Define testing roadmaps and prioritize ideas.
• Provide feedback to production team and ensure alignment with briefs.
