Continental Group ContiTech in Mexico seeks a Group Leader Development for local development activities in the operational development group. You will lead the team to manage raw material exchanges and optimize formulations while ensuring the portfolio aligns with technology leadership and competitiveness.

Formación

• Bachelor in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related sciences; Master degree is a plus.
• > 2 years of technical experience in polymer industry
• Project management experience in major projects
• Successfully completed projects with high complexity
• > 1 year leadership experience (direct or functional in projects)
• Experience in international project
• Advanced English and Spanish communication

Responsabilidades

• Lead local development activities for the operational development group.
• Organize and assign activities for the team to perform raw material exchanges and formulations optimization.
• Maintain the local portfolio SLP facility and ensure technology leadership and competitiveness.
• Coordinate interfaces and ensure successful collaboration with stakeholders.
