Jobgether seeks a Greek Sports Localization Specialist (Football) based in Mexico. You will review, translate, and localize football content for Greek-speaking audiences, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.

The role combines linguistic skill with football knowledge and requires market research to adapt terminology and tone. Ideal candidates will have native Greek with excellent proofreading and strong English comprehension, plus experience in multimedia localization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of professional experience in linguistics, translation, sports journalism, copywriting, or a related field.
• Native-level fluency in Greek with excellent grammar, writing, proofreading and editing skills.
• Strong English-language comprehension to accurately understand and adapt source content from English (US).
• Experience translating and localizing multimedia or audiovisual content; MT familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to produce natural localized content rather than literal translations.
• Excellent editorial judgment and cultural sensitivity for Greek-speaking audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Review, localize, fact-check, translate, and adapt sports content with a focus on football.
• Quality control of content translated from English (US) into Greek.
