Diligent Corporation is seeking an accomplished project leader to drive customer adoption and implementation of our GRC SaaS solutions. You will champion operational excellence, align with the Services Strategy, and govern delivery with risk-aware, repeatable practices across multiple client engagements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain structured project documentation, and spotlight risks early.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations-focused roles.
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale technology solutions with ownership and accountability.
• Strong ability to drive projects through full lifecycle and manage delivery health.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer implementation and adoption projects with a focus on operational excellence and successful delivery outcomes.
• Proactively manage portfolio operations, timing and scope within project budgets and resources.
• Coordinate resources to minimize delays and overruns while maintaining delivery governance.
• Own RAID management across projects, logging risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to Diligent Services Strategy and delivery standards across all phases.
• Capture and document requirements, plans, status updates, and decisions clearly and consistently.
• Lead change management activities to support customer adoption and project success.
• Identify opportunities to expand Diligent’s product footprint within accounts.
• Provide coaching to Senior Specialists and maintain high delivery quality.
