Diligent is seeking a capable project leader to drive customer adoption and implementation of its Governance, Risk and Compliance SaaS solutions. You will manage delivery health, RAID, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes across complex implementations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations-focused roles.
• Experience delivering complex SaaS implementations across industries.
• PM certification and/or formal project management training is preferred.
• Strong process orientation and ability to standardize delivery approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer implementation and adoption projects with a focus on operational excellence and successful delivery outcomes.
• Manage portfolio operations, time and scope capture, project financials, and team utilization.
• Ensure adherence to Diligent Services Strategy methodology and governance across project lifecycles.
• Capture high-quality business requirements and maintain project plans adaptable to changing priorities.
• Support change management activities to drive customer adoption and expansion opportunities.
