This hands-on, senior role combines design expertise with production planning and guidance for other designers, translating business objectives into visual solutions for multiple products and audiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in graphic, brand or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showing brand consistency across campaigns.
• Experience guiding designers and coordinating creative work.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets for campaigns, ads, ebooks, and events.
• Manage creative projects from brief to delivery, timelines and priorities.
• Guide and coordinate other designers, ensuring high quality.
• Translate business objectives into visual solutions across products and audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain brand consistency across Paystand Group and approvals.
• Coordinate audiovisual deliverables with designers and specialists.
• Improve workflows and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance production.
