Job summary

Paystand is seeking a Graphic Designer Lead to drive visual design execution and coordination across the Paystand Group. This senior contributor role blends design craft, production planning, and guidance for other designers, translating business goals into compelling visual solutions.

You will report to the Brand & Creative Strategy Director and collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to deliver on-brand creative across products and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in graphic/brand/marketing design, with B2B focus preferred.
• Portfolio showing brand consistency across campaigns and channels.
• Experience guiding and reviewing junior designers and freelancers.
• Ability to translate business goals into visual solutions for multiple products/brands.
• Strong project management: estimate timelines, manage priorities, deliver on time.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe CC, Figma) and AI-assisted design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets for B2B campaigns, ads, decks, ebooks, social, events, and brand activations.
• Manage creative projects from brief to delivery, define requirements, timelines, and schedules.

Role at a Glance

We are looking for a Graphic Designer Lead to drive the execution, coordination, and quality of visual design across Paystand Group.

This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role that combines graphic design expertise, creative production planning, and guidance to other designers. You will translate business and marketing objectives into effective visual solutions, support multiple products and audiences, and ensure creative projects are delivered on time and consistently with our brand standards.

Reporting to the Brand & Creative Strategy Director, you will work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing and sales team, business leaders, and creative contributors.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality visual assets for B2B marketing campaigns, digital advertising, presentations, ebooks, social media, corporate communications, events, and brand activations.

• Manage creative projects from brief to delivery, defining requirements, estimating timelines, prioritizing requests, coordinating production schedules, and anticipating upcoming needs.

• Guide and coordinate other designers, providing creative direction, reviewing deliverables, identifying improvements, and ensuring high visual and technical quality.

• Translate business objectives into visual solutions, adapting creative approaches to different products, brands, target audiences, and marketing goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to understand requirements, recommend creative approaches, communicate progress, and resolve production challenges.

• Maintain brand consistency across Paystand Group, ensuring visual materials follow the appropriate brand identities, guidelines, and approval processes.

• Coordinate audiovisual deliverables with designers and specialists, reviewing video and motion assets for quality and brand alignment.

• Improve creative workflows, maintain reusable design resources, and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance production efficiency and creative execution.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or marketing design, preferably focused on B2B marketing and corporate visual communications.

• Strong visual design expertise with a portfolio demonstrating brand consistency, marketing campaigns, digital and print materials, and professional visual communication.

• Experience coordinating and guiding designers, providing constructive feedback, reviewing creative work, and ensuring deliverable quality.

• Ability to translate business and commercial objectives into visual communication across multiple products, brands, and audiences, including experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.

• Proven ability to plan creative production independently, estimate timelines, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities.

• Advanced proficiency in professional design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma, with familiarity in project management platforms and AI-assisted design tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting multiple brands or business units.

• Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, and audiovisual production workflows.
