Job summary

Lateam Partners is seeking an experienced graphic designer with leadership skills to oversee digital design projects and team workflows, blending hands-on design with project reviews and deliverables.

You will direct projects from concept to completion, develop design strategies with marketing teams, and create digital assets for social graphics, banners, infographics, and newsletters while maintaining branding standards across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
• Deep knowledge of typography, color theory and composition.
• English communications skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Direct design projects from concept to completion, on time and to client expectations.
• Develop design strategies with creative and marketing teams.
• Create digital assets: social graphics, banners, infographics and newsletters.
• Establish branding standards across digital platforms and campaigns.
• Act as liaison between designers and clients on concepts and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects at once and oversee external vendors.
