Advanced Energy is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, leading diverse teams and ensuring inventory accuracy across multiple sites in a world-class environment. The role emphasizes Safety, EHS compliance, and Industry 4.0 readiness, with ERP flow setup for new products and KPI ownership.

The candidate should have a minimum of seven years in materials/warehouse management, knowledge of SAP, and proficiency in MS Office/WMS.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in materials/warehouse management.
• Experience with shipping and receiving methodologies and practices.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• APICS or ACSM certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage warehouse operations complying with Safety and EHS procedures and practices.
• Experience leading teams in world class company.
• Experience leading multicultural teams.
• Warehouse operations include Receiving, storage, kitting, shipping, and logistics functions.
• Responsible for Inventory accuracy and successful execution of cycle count program.
• Design/ Identify warehouse requirements for Industry 4.0 compliance.
• ERP material flow setup for new products.
• Standardization of operation processes for all warehouse functional areas.
• 5S reinforcement and implementation in warehouse.
• Management, coaching of warehouse and logistics personnel.
• Management of multisite warehouses.
• Responsible for warehouse and logistics KPI
