Job summary

ON.energy is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support cash management, banking activities, and financial controls across a fast-growing energy company. You’ll help optimize liquidity, process payments, and ensure policy compliance while collaborating with Accounting, AP, FP&A, Payroll, and external banks.

The role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or Cash Management.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements to ensure adequate funding.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
• Execute domestic and international payments in accordance with policy and controls.
• Manage bank balances and cash positioning to optimize liquidity across accounts.
• Coordinate intercompany funding activities, cash transfers, and related treasury transactions.
• Support bank account administration, including openings, closures, and signatories.
• Participate in banking platform implementations and treasury systems administration.
• Lead bank fee analysis and banking structure optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to treasury transformation projects, including bank integrations and automation.
