You will monitor liquidity, build cash-flow models, automate reporting, and coordinate with banks and payment providers across borders. Strong Excel skills and English communication are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, banking, payments, or fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cash management, financial modeling, or multi-bank environments.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with automation or data tools is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
• Experience with banks, payment providers, or regulated financial institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Treasury & Cash Management: Monitor cash balances and liquidity across multiple bank accounts and countries
• Financial Analysis: Maintain cash flow and funding models, analyze variances, and support financial planning
• Payments & Banking: Support cross-border payments, reconciliations, and relationships with banks and payment providers
• Data & Automation: Maintain accurate financial data and automate recurring reporting and operational processes
• Compliance & Controls: Support regulatory requirements, audits, and financial controls in partnership with Compliance and Legal
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency
