HQ Platinum in Monterrey, Nuevo León, invites an Import Analyst to coordinate import/export shipments from quotation through final delivery, ensuring documentation, transport arrangements, and customs clearance are properly managed.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in International Trade or related field, 3–4 years of import/export experience, advanced English, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; on-site position with biweekly payroll.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as an Import Analyst or Import/Export Analyst.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid U.S. visa and Mexican passport.
• Experience with imports and Certificates of Origin.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate LCL, FCL, and LTL shipments from quotation through final delivery.
• Review BOLs, letters of instruction, and all required shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers and transportation providers for service contracting.
• Coordinate with customs brokers for the clearance of merchandise.
• Manage Certificates of Origin.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the import/export process.
