Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience with import/export operations and trade compliance.
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs processes.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel and large data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Review import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, COOs).
• Create and maintain customs declarations in ERP systems.
• Ensure trade information is accurately captured and recorded.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Prepare reports and analyses on import/export activities.
• Track international shipments across air, ocean, and ground.
• Monitor logistics provider performance and transportation metrics.
• Analyze delivery performance, delays, and KPIs.
• Communicate shipment status to stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports using business data.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
