Eaton seeks a Trade Compliance and Import/Export Supervisor in Mexico to manage the IMMEX program, ensure compliance with Mexican and international laws, and coordinate domestic and international logistics. The role includes developing procedures for the team, conducting internal audits, and training staff.

The candidate must have 3+ years of related experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade or related field.
• 3+ years in a similar Trade Compliance/Import-Export role.
• Experience establishing Maquila, CTPAT and OEA programs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with Mexican and international laws and Eaton policies.
• Manage IMMEX program; coordinate and validate customs transactions.
• Oversee Inventory Control per ANEXO 24 (Vestra).
• Review import/export manifests and correct discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers and brokers for timely material flow.
• Lead internal audits and training to ensure compliance.
