Takeda is seeking a Global Total Rewards Specialist, Mobility to lead mobility programs including international assignments and relocations. You will partner across HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology, and external providers to ensure compliant, efficient delivery and continuous improvement of mobility initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Payroll, or related areas.
• Knowledge of international assignment administration, payroll, and compliance processes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and third‑party providers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR technology platforms.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

About the Role
