Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Tlaquepaque, Mexico is seeking a Business Operations Analyst I to support global tool governance, catalog development, and adoption across the enterprise. You’ll collaborate with business and IT teams to document capabilities, drive standardization, and create scalable, low-code solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder management, and leveraging Power Platform along with Python and Copilot for process improvements.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Enablement, Governance, Process Improvement, or related disciplines.
Experience with cross-functional and global teams.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of SharePoint, ODS, Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps or similar platforms.
Solid experience in Power Query and Macros.
Experience with Python (desirable) or any other programming language.
Experience with Copilot.
Takes a broad perspective on problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the global components business Tool Catalog.
Document tool ownership, capabilities, support models, business use cases, and limitations.
Establish and maintain tool governance standards and best practices and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership on tool governance opportunities.
Promote, monitor, and report on adoption and effective utilization of approved business tools.
Identify opportunities to standardize tool usage and reduce duplicates; improve existing tools with business input.
Identify gaps where no approved tool exists and document recommendations to close the gap.
Support creation of new lightweight business solutions using low/no-code tools for evaluation of scalability.
Partner with stakeholders to support governance initiatives and improve adoption and usability of tools.
Monitor adoption, utilization trends, and governance compliance; recommend improvements.
Increase business awareness of available tools and capabilities.
Support business teams in identifying appropriate tools for their needs.
Develop tool communications and awareness campaigns.
