Job summary

Nordic Consulting Partners is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Mexico. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering, while partnering with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

You will drive employer branding, monitor recruitment metrics, and promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, leveraging ATS/CRM systems and market insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Healthcare IT or healthcare industry recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of talent market trends and best practices in recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
• Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn or similar), and other recruitment tools
• Ability to effectively monitor all tasks associated with candidate recruitment and selection at various stages of the process
• Experience in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition
• Post-secondary education preferred or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Implement and hone innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in support of the continued growth of Nordic talent pipelines.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, human resources, and sales teams to understand business needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company's employer brand through various channels, ensuring a compelling candidate experience.
• Data-Driven Approach: Maintain ATS/CRM information to ensure accurate candidate and job requisition data is maintained.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process to ensure a diverse talent pipeline.
• Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform hiring strategies.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance recruitment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• "Make It About We": Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary.
