Job summary

ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Project Analyst I to contribute to our programme management function, delivering supply chain and procurement work to a high standard across clinical programmes.

You will work with your team and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, manage supplier resources, identify risks, track KPIs, and support meetings and issue resolution while understanding portions of the project scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Budgeting background preferable.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Process-driven with strong attention to detail and organisational skill.
• Dedicated team player.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).

Responsibilities

• Performing assigned project tasks while adhering to timelines, SOPs and performance metric standards
• Selects and manages suppliers and other project resources for assigned tasks with guidance and team oversight
• Identifies risks with assigned tasks and effectively executes strategies to minimize those risks
• Measures and tracks project-related KPIs
• Supports project meetings and the resolution of issues, project recaps and corrective/preventative action
• Understands and owns portions of the project scope
• Supports accurate tracking and regular upkeep of financial data on assigned tasks and projects
