Job summary

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, seeks a Project Analyst I to contribute to the programme management function and deliver high-quality outcomes across clinical programmes.

You will perform supply chain and procurement work, collaborate with your team and stakeholders, and support financial tracking on assigned tasks and projects. English fluency and meticulous execution are essential, with travel of about 5% as required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Budgeting background preferable.
• Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills.
• Process- driven and strong attention to detail with superior organisational skill.
• Dedicated team player.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)

Responsibilities

• Deliver supply chain and procurement work to a high standard.
• Perform assigned project tasks while adhering to timelines, SOPs and performance metric standards.
• Selects and manages suppliers and other project resources for assigned tasks with guidance and team oversight.
• Identifies risks with assigned tasks and effectively executes strategies to minimize those risks.
• Measures and tracks project-related KPIs.
• Supports project meetings and the resolution of issues, project recaps and corrective/preventative action.
• Understands and owns portions of the project scope.
• Supports accurate tracking and regular upkeep of financial data on assigned tasks and projects.
