Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in supply chain, strong cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in English and Spanish. The role emphasizes analytics, SAP/ERP familiarity, and proactive planning across the full lifecycle.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience required.
• Experience in supply/capacity planning, optimization and project management.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• ERP and offline planning systems experience preferred.

• Route program needs to the appropriate organizational functions.
• Establish metrics to measure performance aligned with program goals.
• Demand modeling and develop deployment plans as the roadmap progresses.
• Collaborate with program team to identify material requirements risks and ensure supplier readiness.
• Establish material replenishment strategies for products and components in scope.
• Implement planning strategies to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Propose changes to organization structures and competencies profiles.
• Collaborate with plant management to understand staffing plans to meet demand.
• Develop SIOP and capacity planning models anticipating system updates.
• Drive consistency and sharing of best practices in supply planning.
• Represent all Supply Chain functions within the program team.
• Provide periodic program updates relevant for supply chain activities.
