NetApp is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead end-to-end supply planning and inventory analysis across product families. You will balance customer demand with inventory investment and supplier commitments while mitigating operational risk.

You will partner with Supply Planning, Procurement, Product Operations, Finance, and Logistics to improve supply continuity and inventory health. The role requires 8–12 years of experience in supply chain and a Bachelor’s degree, with APICS certification

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• APICS/ASCM certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of inventory management, supply planning, forecasting, production scheduling, and supplier management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end supply planning and inventory analysis.
• Develop strategies balancing demand, inventory investment, and supplier commitments.
• Partner across Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics to drive supply continuity.
• Monitor inventory turns, weeks of supply, and obsolete inventory; implement recovery actions.
• Build executive dashboards and reports for visibility into performance and risks.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve planning, standardization, and reporting automation.
