NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead end-to-end supply planning and inventory analysis across product families.

You will balance customer demand with inventory, supplier commitments, and risk, working with Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics to drive supply continuity and business performance. You will manage forecasts, supplier commitments, and recovery plans, while analyzing inventory health and driving improvements across contract manufacturers, hubs, and suppliers.

Formación

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of inventory management, supply planning, forecasting, production scheduling, and supplier management.
  • Ability to conduct scenario modeling, trend analysis, root-cause analysis, and data-driven risk assessment.
  • Project and program management skills with cross-functional leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP/Oracle, SAP IBP, Tableau, Power BI, SQL or similar analytics tools.
  • Understanding of ERP/MRP and shop-floor control systems.
  • Experience with contract manufacturers, EMS partners, OEMs, or sub-tier suppliers in a global supply-chain environment.
  • Ability to establish operating cadence, governance, escalation paths, and execution metrics.
  • Strong continuous improvement orientation with measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead end-to-end supply planning and inventory analysis.
  • Develop strategies balancing demand, inventory, supplier commitments, and risk.
  • Monitor inventory health across facilities and partners.
  • Drive recovery plans for shortages and constraints with clear owners and dates.
  • Build executive dashboards and reports on supply performance and risks.
  • Partner with Finance to improve inventory accuracy and working capital.
  • Communicate risks and mitigate with actionable options.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and continuous improvements.
