Collins Aerospace is seeking a Specialist in Global Supplier Development to drive supplier containment, lead root cause resolution, and guide development across global commodities. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to implement structured improvement plans and ensure readiness for new programs.

• Experience in supplier development and containment.
• Experience conducting RRCA investigations to resolve critical issues.
• Track record monitoring KPIs and exiting containment phases.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across operations, quality, and engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal and supplier containment actions with Operations and Quality.
• Conduct RRCA investigations to resolve critical quality or delivery issues.
• Monitor KPIs to assess progress and exit criteria for containment efforts.
• Identify supplier sites and prioritize development aligned with risk and commodity needs.
• Engage suppliers with development roadmaps, training, and targeted actions.
• Align with Commodity Managers and Engineering on supplier readiness for new programs.
• Lead supplier transitions and ensure long-term capability post-transition.
• Execute APQP for new product launches and transitions.
