Collins Aerospace in Mexicali is seeking a Specialist in the Global Supplier Development organization. You will drive supplier recovery, capability improvement, and sustainable performance across global commodities, with hands-on, cross-functional collaboration across operations, quality, and engineering.

The role requires assessing containment plans, performing RRCA investigations, and aligning with maturity models to enable long-term supplier readiness for new programs and volume ramp-ups.

Formación

• Experience in supplier containment and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to conduct RRCA investigations and escalate issues.
• Experience using KPIs to track progress and establish containment exit criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal and supplier containment actions with Operations and Quality.
• Conduct RRCA investigations to resolve critical issues and escalate as needed.
• Monitor KPIs to assess progress and exit criteria for containment.
• Lead supplier site identification and development aligned with risk and commodity needs.
• Engage suppliers with development roadmaps, training, and actions tied to maturity models.
• Assist with supplier transitions ensuring handover with minimal disruption.
• Execute APQP for new product launches and transition projects.
