La-Z-Boy Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to analyze requirements, design and implement information systems. You will lead medium to large IT projects, coordinate teams, and ensure SDLC and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Responsibilities include mentoring developers, testing, and collaborating with HR, Finance, and operations. Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS with Java/SQL experience is required; MIS/MBA preferred. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Experience with Java and SQL in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards development methodology and ETL tools.
• Strong problem solving, communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead medium to large IT projects from design through implementation.
• Coordinate cross functional teams and ensure SDLC compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
• Perform unit and integration testing; ensure system quality and performance.
• Engage with business teams to capture requirements and define solutions.
• Support production cutover, go-live and post-implementation support.
