La-Z-Boy Incorporated seeks an IT professional to analyze user requirements, design and implement information systems, and support customers. You will lead medium to large projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure SDLC standards are met while delivering reliable technology solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of experience, knowledge of Java and SQL, JD Edwards, ETL tools, and strong communication. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using JAVA and SQL technology.
• Experience with JD Edwards development methodology and multiple ETL tool sets.
• Strong communication, problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads medium to large multi-resource projects to successful completion and prepares estimates.
• Coordinates development and installation of information systems and ensures alignment with SDLC standards.
• Provides technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to developers.
• Performs unit and integration testing and coordinates production cutover activities.
