La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Software/IT Project Lead to analyze requirements and design, integrate, and implement information systems. You will guide multi-resource projects, drive SDLC compliance, and support both developers and business customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, 2–4 years of experience, and strong Java/SQL skills. JD Edwards experience and English proficiency are preferred; travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience; supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience using JAVA and SQL technology and JD Edwards development methodology.
• English intermediate proficiency; ability to work with both technical staff and business process owners.

Responsabilidades

• Leads medium to large multi-resource IT projects from estimates to deployment, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and SDLC.
• Develops and tests application changes for performance and functionality, coordinating across IT teams.
• Provide mentorship to developers and collaborate with business stakeholders to document system design.
