Nestlé is seeking a Security Manager to safeguard people, assets, reputation and business continuity across markets. You will embed security into operations, lead governance bodies, and drive risk-based protections throughout the value chain.

The role requires experience in physical and executive protection, risk assessment, crisis management, and external relations with authorities. A proactive security culture and strong leadership are essential.

Formación

• Experience in physical security, cargo security, and executive protection.
• Knowledge of corporate investigations, policies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with MS Office and other digital tools.
• Preferred certifications: ASIS CPP/PSP, ISO 31000 or ISO 18788.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement market security plan aligned with global/regional strategy.
• Lead Security Committee with HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and Technical.
• Monitor program maturity: governance, processes, culture, and monitoring.
• Conduct country and site threat assessments with robust mitigation plans.
• Prepare contingency and evacuation plans; manage crisis response.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé security standards and local laws.
• Establish networks with authorities and industry associations.
• Select and monitor security service providers; ensure ethical compliance.
• Develop security training and awareness programs; promote culture.
