Carrier is seeking a Global Physical Security Manager to lead strategy, governance, and operations for global physical access control and security systems. You will drive standardization, compliance, and improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to secure scalable solutions worldwide.

You will own the global strategy and roadmap for access control, oversee onboarding/offboarding, audit readiness, and compliance, and build a high-performing security systems team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in physical security, access control, or security systems.
• Experience leading global programs across multiple regions.
• Experience with enterprise access control platforms like Lenel OnGuard, Genetec, C-Cure, Pro-Watch.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

About The Role The Global Physical Security Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of Carrier's global physical access control and security systems. This role drives standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure secure and scalable solutions that support business operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

As a Global Physical Security Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Own the global strategy, governance, and roadmap for physical access control and enterprise security systems.
• Lead global transformation initiatives to standardize security technologies, processes, and controls.
• Oversee access governance, onboarding/offboarding processes, audit readiness, and compliance activities.
• Ensure operational excellence of enterprise access control platforms supporting secure business operations.
• Lead and develop a team of security system administrators and technical specialists.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented leaders.

As a Minimum You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in physical security, access control, or security systems.
• Experience leading global programs, initiatives, or security operations across multiple regions.
• Experience with enterprise access control platforms such as Lenel OnGuard, Genetec, C-Cure, Pro-Watch, or similar solutions.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• PMP, CISSP, PSP, or related certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or global operational environments.
• Experience leading transformation, standardization, or change management initiatives.
