Mars is looking for an SAP ICB Functional Expert to ensure stable BaU operations, provide Tier-2 support, and strengthen ERP governance across Intercompany Balances and General Accounting. The role mentors Key User communities and collaborates with IT, MGSF, and business units to drive knowledge management and implement improvements.

You will lead cross-functional projects, deploy digital solutions, and play a key role in end-to-end processes while representing the region in global discussions.

Competenze

• Experience in SAP ERP with a focus on ICB and General Accounting.
• Proven Tier-2 support and ERP governance in global or matrix orgs.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience mentoring Key User communities and delivering training.
• English fluency for regional/global meetings.

• Identify and strategize end-to-end Intercompany solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot complex techno-functional issues for finance SSC stakeholders.
• Drive Continuous Improvements within the assigned functional area.
• Apply digital, bolt-on, and ERP-based solutions to improve efficiency and experience.
• Support ERP governance and change management with impact assessment.
• Assist testing of local/global changes and automation where needed.
• Represent the region in global meetings with Regional Functional Experts.
• Partner with BU and stakeholders to understand current and future needs.
