Hubclub Go seeks an experienced SAP Finance Transformation consultant to lead ERP initiatives across Mexico, Colombia and the United States. You will analyze business requirements, map processes, perform fit-gap analyses and design scalable SAP Finance solutions aligned with IFRS/GAAP, localization rules, and intelligent finance objectives.

• Analyze requirements and design SAP Finance solutions.
• Lead business process mapping and gap analyses.
• Run stakeholder workshops to define future-state processes.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with ABAP teams.
• Configure and support SAP Finance/Controlling.
• Design solutions compliant with regulations and standards.
• Support testing: unit, integration, UAT, deployment validation.
• Provide post-go-live support and stabilization.
• Lead knowledge transfer and user enablement.
• Advise on best practices for finance transformation and optimization.
• Advance intelligent finance via SAP Business AI solutions.
• Explore Generative AI opportunities (Joule, BTP AI Core, AI Launchpad).
• Support finance automation, predictive analytics, and decision support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery and governance.
