Amex GBT is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office within the Salesforce Center of Excellence. You will partner with TPMs, PMs, and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements and support the technology roadmap.

You will manage schedules, track milestones, and prepare status reports while enabling data-driven decisions. This role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for projects.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar PM tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document project requirements and maintain traceability.
• Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and dependencies.
• Monitor critical path items and flag potential delays.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and meeting minutes.
• Assist TPMs in day-to-day project execution and progress monitoring.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to support decisions.
• Identify process improvements and bottlenecks.
