Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an experienced professional for an administrative/project logistics role in the Mexico region. You will coordinate end-to-end project shipments, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and help ensure operational excellence, profitability, and service delivery across project logistics activities.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience in freight forwarding and international transportation, English and Spanish proficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding operations and international transportation activities.
• Advanced knowledge of customer service and logistics operations management with understanding of international and domestic transportation processes.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel and participate in meetings with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor assigned project shipments, ensuring timely and accurate operational delivery.
• Drive operational and financial performance through KPI management, billing accuracy, and data quality control.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and maintain service excellence.
• Identify and elevate commercial discrepancies between buy and sell rates to support profitability.
• Establish and maintain customer operational processes, ensuring compliance with implementation and business requirements.
