Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in program buying or program management in an industrial environment.
• Experience working in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and consult suppliers; manage RFQ based on the panel; participate in supplier negotiations and final choice.
• Track costs and quality during the program phase; ensure delivery deadlines; support PMS reviews.
• Ensure early involvement of Series Buyers in the program before the series phase.
• Negotiate Engineering Change Requests.
• Lead global steering and sourcing committee meetings to optimize landed cost and performance.
